An ambitious, smart, high energy, relationship salesperson to work with our existing bank and credit union clients to help them maximize our top performing consumer checking solutions.

What it takes to be considered (the personal stuff):

  • Ambitious, smart, high energy approach in a team environment

  • 3+ years proven results selling into established client base

  • A desire to build strong, long-term client partnerships that are mutually rewarding

  • Knowledge of the banking/credit union/financial services industry

  • Excellent presentation, consulting and training skills.  You need to be able to effectively relate to and communicate with executive decision-makers, and educate and inspire front line retail bankers

  • An appreciation for the mobile app lifestyle – confident and knowledgeable in using a variety of mobile apps

  • Willing to travel an average of 2-3 nights weekly

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Basic quantitative analysis skills - you have to know your way around basic spreadsheet templates.

What else is required (the technical stuff):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years sales experience

  • Experience selling services into banks and credit unions ideal

  • Technologically proficient - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WebEx and Salesforce.com

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: Based on individual/experience, $70k - $90k.

  • Annual Performance Bonus + Commissions up to 50% of annual salary

The Position:

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with experience in both print and electronic media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will be able to hit the ground running. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media

  • Take the project / design request to record requirements requested

  • Adhere to project implementation and budget constraints

  • Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders

  • Amend final designs based on feedback and gain full approval

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital, graphic and marketing efforts to the banks and credit unions. This manager will work with the leaders of the company on campaigns that generate product and strategy awareness, increased member activation and corporate branding.

Candidates should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.  

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, direction and evaluation of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies for the company’s services, products, programs, strategies and solutions.

  • Work with the leaders of our sales and client divisions on new and creative growth strategies

  • Plan and execute digital marketing, including marketing database, email, social media and conference campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize technical aspects of key sales and marketing systems, specifically Salesforce and Pardot use to generate, distribute, manage and report on leads.

  • Knowledge and experience of , Squarespace, Wista and social media sites

  • Write compelling marketing copy that is highly effective for our industry

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Provide end-to-end project management

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

 Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
